Important Note on VIP Darshan

There is absolutely NO VIP or paid darshan in Shegaon. The Sansthan strongly believes in equality. Whether a commoner or a celebrity, everyone stands in the same line. General darshan is completely free and takes approximately 1 to 3 hours depending on the crowd.

Special Darshan Facilities

Wheelchair & Senior Citizen Darshan

The temple is highly accessible. Wheelchairs are provided free of charge at the main entrance for physically challenged devotees and senior citizens. There is a separate, shorter line dedicated to them, ensuring they can take darshan comfortably without standing for hours.

Mukh Darshan

If you are short on time and cannot wait in the main queue for the Samadhi darshan, a separate "Mukh Darshan" queue is available. This line moves very quickly (usually 10-15 minutes) and allows you to view the Samadhi from a slight distance.

Prasadalaya (Maha Prasad) Timings

Shri Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan provides free Maha Prasad (full meal) to all devotees every day in a massive, ultra-clean dining hall. Over 50,000 devotees are fed daily.

  • Lunch (Maha Prasad): 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Dinner: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Do not miss the Maha Prasad; it is considered highly auspicious and is famous for its incredible taste and the discipline with which it is served.
