Daily Aarti Schedule & Ritual Significance

The Shri Gajanan Maharaj Mandir follows a sacred daily schedule of four Aartis. Each holds deep spiritual significance.
🔥 Kakada Aarti — 5:00 AM
The first Aarti of the day, performed at dawn to awaken the divine. The temple atmosphere is deeply meditative at this hour.
🙏 Madhyanha Aarti — 12:00 PM
Noon Aarti followed by Naivedya (food offering). Prasad is served to all devotees in the Prasadalaya.
🌅 Sayandev Aarti — 6:30 PM
Evening Aarti at dusk. The temple is beautifully illuminated and "Gan Gan Ganat Bote" resonates through the complex.
🌙 Shej Aarti — 9:30 PM
The final Aarti bidding goodnight to Maharaj. A peaceful and intimate ceremony.
What to Expect
- Arrive 15–30 minutes early
- Remove footwear before entering
- Photography not allowed during Aarti
- Free Prasad after every Aarti
